If you are already a member and would like to update your membership information

To Update Your Membership Information:  Click the "update subscription preference" on the bottom of any email you have received from LRIG.

To Cancel Your Membership:  Click the "unsubscribe from this list" on the bottom on any email you receive from LRIG.

To Generate an Email so you can update your preferences, just follow this steps:

1. Click Here:  A New Tab/Window will Open in your browser; Continue with the Steps Below

2. Enter your Registered Mail Address.

3. Supply Value into all Fields.  Actual values don't matter if your email address is already registered. Don't worry about check boxes.

4. Click Subscribe

5. You will be told your email is already registered.

6. On the new window select the hyperlink: "Click here to update your profile"

7. You will then get an email with an update link

8. Use this Link to Update Any and All of your Membership Information.

9. You can save this Email with your Update Link for future use (Or just repeat steps above in the future or just us the link on every email you receive from LRIG)

10. NO PASSWORDS REQUIRED!
