About the Role:
The LRIG Global MarCom Committee is seeking a passionate and creative part-time Social Media Specialist to help us share stories that inspire the laboratory automation community. As a volunteer, you'll play an important role in strengthening LRIG's digital presence across LinkedIn and other platforms — connecting scientists, engineers, and innovators around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, design, and schedule engaging posts that highlight LRIG events, webinars, and collaborations.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and encourage community participation.
Analyze social media performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
Coordinate with chapter representatives to share global and local content.
Maintain visual consistency using LRIG brand templates and assets.
Support creative campaigns that increase awareness of LRIG's mission and events.
