Dear LRIG Philadelphia Vendors,
We are seeking exhibitors for the May 19, 2026 LRIG Philadelphia meeting in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Your support allows us to provide a venue and food for the attendees and gives vendors an opportunity to meet with the people who buy equipment and consumable supplies for automation and scientific applications.
This year, in order to extend vendor diversity and provide new opportunities, we are only going to allow 1 booth/vendor. Subsidiaries of the same parent company will be limited to 2 and each should send in their own registration making it clear what their sub-specialty is.
Booth allocation is based on date registration is completed (the sooner, the better!).
Date: Tuesday May 19, 2025 (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

Timeline: Booth setup will be from 1:00 to 4:00 pm; further meeting details to be provided at a later date.

This year LRIG Philadelphia is offering an Early Registration discount if you register by March 19th!
Early Registration (Register by March 19th): $925
Standard Registration (Register between March 20 and May 5): $1000
NOVEL TECHNOLOGIES PRESENTATIONS
We are offering a breakout room for vendor presentations to showcase cutting-edge technologies. Each presentation will be 15 minutes long and will occur throughout the evening.
Presentation Details:
● Registered vendors who have paid for their table are eligible to apply for a presentation slot.
● Presentations may be delivered by an application scientist, a customer, or the vendor's sales representative.
● Time slots for presentations are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Scheduling and Promotion:
● Presentation topics and times will be listed on our website and displayed at the registration table for all attendees to see.
How to Apply:
● To secure a presentation slot, please submit the following details by April 30, 2026:
