Nathan Collins is a co-founder and Head of Strategic Alliances at Synfini Inc. With over 15 years at the intersection of chemistry automation and drug discovery, he helped originate the Synfini platform, an end-to-end automated synthetic chemistry system integrating AI-assisted route design, inkjet-based reaction screening and optimization, and multi-step flow chemistry synthesis, developed in part through DARPA’s Make-It program and applied across neuroscience, metabolic disease, oncology, and infectious disease collaborations with leading pharma and AI-driven biotechs.

David Dambman is an influential leader and visionary in the laboratory automation sector, known for his development of industry-leading scheduler and orchestrator software platforms, as well as his pioneering work in autonomous mobile robots and other technologies for laboratories. David architected and built some of the largest and most sophisticated automation platforms in the life science industry, spanning drug discovery, R&D, biotech, and diagnostics.
