Fall Vendor Show 2017: Exhibitor Information

Dear Exhibitors, 
Booth set-up time is from 2 to 4 PM. Linda Gary will be available at 2 PM to help with the set-up. I will arrive by 3 PM to set-up the registration table.

Shipping Instructions If you have items that you need to ship, they should arrive no sooner than three days prior to the event (September 26th). Please direct items to the below address (also see attached info from hotel).

Note that items need to be made ready for pick-up the day of the event (after the event is over), but the pick-up can happen the next day (the 27th). You just need to make the arrangements.

Details on How To Reserve Your Spot to Exhibit at Our Fall Vendor Show:

Dear LRIG Philadelphia Vendors,

We are seeking exhibitors for the September 26, 2017 LRIG Philadelphia meeting in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Your support allows us to provide a venue and food for the attendees and gives vendors an opportunity to meet with the people who buy equipment and consumable supplies for automation and scientific applications.

Date: Tuesday September 26, 2017 (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

NOVEL TECHNOLOGIES PRESENTATIONS

  • We will be providing a break out room to host short (15 min) vendor presentations focusing on new state-of-the art technologies throughout the evening.
  • Any registered vendor that has paid for their table will be considered for a presentation.
  • Presentations may be delivered by an application scientist, customer or the sales person himself
  • Presentations will begin at 4:30 PM and end at 7:30 PM.
  • We will provide a list of talks and the presentation times on our website and at the registration table.
  • The abstracts must be submitted by September 8, 2017 to allow sufficient time for review and selection.
  • Please submit your abstract to LRIG Philadelphia at phillylrig@gmail.com
