See Vendor Event Info: Philly for Detailed Exhibitor Information.

When the Philly VENDOR Event is setup in Eventbrite,  the Link you clicked will take you to the Event Page with all Exhibition Information and a Form where the Vendor can reserve a spot and pay for exhibiting.

It is possible to create only one event in Eventbrite that will register free attendees and paid vendors.  

Alternatively, you may wish a separate link if you want to provide details only interested to vendors directly on the Eventbrite announcement.
